We offer free USA with tracking. There is NO shipping cost.

Once your items are shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification with your tracking number. If you have not received the notification or the tracking number is invalid, don’t worry. Contact us, and our support team will assist you in tracking your order.

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed by our shipping team, we will be unable to modify your shipping details. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your purchase.

You can rest assured that all purchases on our platform are safe and secure.

30 days from the date you receive your order. We accept returns for all undamaged items within this period to ensure your expectations are met and your purchase is satisfactory. We are confident our premium, curated product selection will meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you wish to make a return, please contact our support team at service@showerm.com, and we will respond within 24 hours to assist you with the process.

You may request cancellation before the order ships. If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Orders can’t be canceled once shipped.

We will make it right for you! If you find any defects or damage to your item, please email us within 7 days of receipt, and we will send you a free replacement.
